The
** Manager, Corporate Strategy
** plays a critical role in supporting Armanino’s growth strategy by managing post-close M&A performance tracking and strategic reporting. This position serves as a key liaison between acquired businesses, FP&A, and firm leadership to ensure accurate performance measurement, timely insights, and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional project management and communication capabilities.
** Job Responsibilities**
* ** Post-Close M&A Performance Tracking**:
Proactively monitor and comprehensively report on the operational and financial performance of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with established integration goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
* ** Data Analysis & Reporting:
** Extract, synthesize, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources to develop clear and accurate materials for monthly leadership updates and board presentations. Deliver meaningful commentary that highlights performance drivers, variances, and strategic implications.
* ** Performance Review Coordination:
** Own the end-to-end process of scheduling, organizing, and facilitating performance review meetings with acquired businesses and integrated leadership teams. Ensure follow-up on action items and maintain thorough documentation to track progress against integration milestones.
* ** KPI Monitoring:
** Continuously monitor key performance metrics to identify emerging trends, risks, or opportunities. Quickly escalate significant findings to relevant stakeholders, enabling prompt decision-making and course correction when necessary.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
** Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and other functional teams to validate the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting.
* ** Board Materials Preparation:
** Support the creation and refinement of monthly board update materials, focusing on M&A performance and strategic initiatives. Ensure content is clear, impactful, and tailored to executive audiences, facilitating informed decision-making at the highest levels.
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, FP&A, or M&A integration roles.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in professional services or accounting industry.
* Familiarity with M&A integration processes and performance tracking.
