Manager, Corporate Development - On-site in Dallas, TX/National support
POSITION TITLE: Manager, Corporate Development
REPORTING TO: Sr. Director, Corporate Development
We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with USPI’s M&A and operational leadership to help identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities And Expectations
- Lead and support end-to-end M&A and investment projects, including financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing high-quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate on sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Build strong relationships across the Development and Operations teams to enable seamless execution.
- Analyze post-close performance of acquisitions, comparing actual results to projections and identifying key insights.
- Drive ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to evaluate new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university and a strong record of academic success.
- 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or M&A/corporate development.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Well-developed multitasking and project management capabilities with efficient time management skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Some travel may be required. Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
