As we expand across North America, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Director to own and grow key markets — starting with key target cities and surrounding regions.
This is a new business "hunter" role focused on selling RPO, project-based hiring, and customized talent solutions to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with the support of delivery, marketing, and solution design teams.
What You’ll Do- Source and develop new client relationships across mid-market and upper-SMB verticals
- Sell end-to-end RPO and custom recruiting solutions with $300K+ average contract value
- Partner with internal teams to shape proposals and pricing models
- Drive pipeline growth via outreach, events, referrals, and warm leads
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Meet or exceed $1.5-2M annual new business quota (gross profit)
- As a VP you will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in RPO, staffing, or talent solutions
- Proven track record closing high-value ($200K+) deals in the HR space
- Knowledge of ATS, recruiting tech, and outsourcing models
- Comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders (CHROs, TA VPs, Procurement)
- Based in US, or willing to travel into the region regularly
