Economic Consulting Speaker - Senior Consultant
As an Economic Consulting Speaker Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful presentations and thought leadership initiatives. Leveraging expertise in economics and public speaking, you will create high‑quality content, engage diverse audiences, and support the growth of the firm’s economic consulting practice.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver presentations on economic consulting topics to clients, industry conferences, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the speaker team to develop and tailor presentation materials for specific audiences.
- Conduct research and analysis on economic topics, simplifying complex concepts for clear messaging.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of economic developments, market conditions, and policy impacts.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with event organizers.
- Contribute to thought leadership by researching, writing articles or blogs, and attending industry conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross‑functional teams to promote speaking engagements and materials.
- Continuously improve presentation skills and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Construct economic models, run trend analyses, and synthesize findings into cohesive client‑facing presentations.
- Develop slide decks, handouts, and supplemental materials showcasing robust methodology and case studies.
- Deliver keynote presentations to diverse audience types.
- Investigate complex economic issues for speaking engagements and tailor content to targeted audiences.
- Review and validate staff‑level data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with professional standards.
- Coordinate with event organizers or internal teams to finalize speaking requirements such as time slots and technical detail.
- Incorporate feedback from managers or subject matter experts to refine content clarity and depth.
- Previous experience as a public speaker.
- Experience as a consultant, economist, or business professional in manufacturing, construction, supply chain, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Audience assessment and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% as conditions permit.
- Strong business consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of three (3) years of business experience.
