Responsibilities – Learning Experience Leader
  • Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
  • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
  • Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Act as the content expert, and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
  • Develop and create effective induction programs.
  • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers.
  • Audit trainees in field to ensure strict adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques, and identify where they are relevant, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
  • Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Support learning and development of our Roadside Assistance Specialist
    .
Responsibilities – Roadside Assistance Specialist (context)
  • Maintain Task Us’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle.
  • Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to changes in the environment.
  • Provide courteous communication with management, engineers, and the public.
  • Provide assistance to stranded motorists and operate under various driving modes as required.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
  • Ensure safe operation of self-driving and non-autonomous vehicles, and document procedures and tests.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance, including real-time reporting of incidents and adherence to traffic laws.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
  • Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads; additional experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Problem solver and critical thinker
  • Ability to follow defined methods, procedures, and reports
  • Capable of presenting and facilitating class discussions
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with the ability to motivate and engage an audience
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
  • Team-oriented with ability to support production when needed
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Knowledge of and/or experience driving professionally in high-traffic or congested areas
Physical Requirements
  • Occasional standing, walking, and sitting; outdoors work
  • Long periods of sitting; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; speak or hear
  • Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Most work is accomplished outdoors in a vehicle
Nice to Have
  • 1 to 2 years of related field experience (training or teaching)
  • Strong leadership skills with proficiency in handling groups
