Responsibilities- Utilize specialized knowledge and experience to resolve complex scheduling challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Exercise independent judgment and technical expertise to complete assignments creatively and influence team actions.
- Collaborate with senior personnel across different teams to address issues, gather information, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Execute customer requests and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Apply knowledge of departmental operations to implement plans and guide team members.
- Proficiency with Workforce Management software (NICE).
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong influencing, consensus-building, and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on quality and effective data analysis.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to diverse personality styles.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong process management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
