This is a full-cycle, commercial position combining business development, client management, and recruitment delivery.
You will generate new business, manage your own client accounts, and close the vacancies you work on from briefing to placement.
The role is designed for individuals with a strong commercial mindset who want full ownership of results and accelerated career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle on your own roles
- Manage client briefings, candidate processes, negotiations, and offer closures
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates in the U.S. tech market
- Work toward clear revenue and placement targets with transparent KPIs
- Commercially driven and motivated by performance and financial success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, organized, and comfortable working toward targets
- Interest in business, sales, and technology markets
- No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission up to 30%
