Investor Relations Associate; Marketing​/Sales

INSPYR Solutions (formerly BGSF, Professional) has partnered with a leading investor relations advisory firm in Dallas that is expanding its team, offering an exciting career opportunity for an Investor Relations Marketing/Sales Associate.

The firm specializes in helping publicly traded clients develop and execute effective strategies to communicate their investment thesis to Wall Street. By doing so, they attract new investors, broaden shareholder engagement, and ultimately lower the clients’ cost of capital.

The Investor Relations Marketing/Sales Associate will:

• Target and schedule introductory calls and meetings for the firm’s clients with institutional investors.
• Conduct follow-up outreach to gather investor feedback and provide detailed reports on insights and engagement.
• Leverage the firm’s comprehensive tools and resources, including targeting systems, curated investor lists, internal and external databases, and other platforms to execute strategies effectively.
• Grow into the role over time, gaining the ability to develop your own leads and expand responsibilities within investor relations, marketing, and sales.
• Build a foundation for a long-term career in Investor Relations with opportunities to learn from senior-level professionals and gain exposure to the investment community.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, investor relations, or financial services
• Working knowledge of the stock market and capital markets
• Outgoing, entrepreneurial personality with a talent for building and nurturing relationships
• Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and professionalism
