** Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
*** Passion and ideas for how to build financial enterprise business applications to position OSV as best in class in workday ecosystem.
* Analyze to recommend buying, build, or partner to complete the desired solution for our target market.
* Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assess and resolve project-related obstacles.
* Analyze and assess project requirements and processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Ability to provide input into product roadmaps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions, and assist in coordinating the team to release quality products within planned timelines.
* Support service delivery and participating in future sales opportunities and practice development activities.
* Actively work to form client relationships and support business development activities.
* Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
* Contribute positively to the team environment and culture.
** Core Services
** AP Imaging, AP Automation, Check Fulfillment, 1099 Distribution, 1099 Enhanced, 1096 Filing, AR Fulfillment, Invoice Pay & Supplier Management
** Supervisory Responsibility
** This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
** Qualifications and Experience
*** 3+ years of experience as a product manager, enterprise financials systems manager or functional consultant
* Evaluate and quantify banking transformation trends and Managed Services market needs to qualify new investments with a strategic focus on “what” to build for our clients and win new business.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert Ability to explain complex business processes to a variety of audiences, from internal engineering to external customers, in addition to, excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with HRIS system, Workday preferred.
* Knowledge of highly regulated environments such as Finance or Healthcare
* Experience with User experience, associated elements (personas, journeys, design thinking, user flows, wireframes, user stories) and decomposition, road-mapping
* Bachelor’s Degree in business or related area preferred.
