Location:
Central Zone office, hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least three days a week.
- Specific advice, service, and solution delivery to clients and prospects in regard to program management.
- Managing an account load, acting as a trusted business advisor and point person for clients.
- Liaison between Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients with domestic engagements.
- Partnering with Risk Practices on business placement, interacting with insurers to ensure proper documentation, and contributing to account retention and cross‑selling.
- Member of the project risk advisory team, assisting owners, developers and contractors with wrap‑up program design and project administration for large local and national construction projects.
- Execution of Marsh project‑specific casualty solutions, including multi‑site and rolling wrap‑up programs, advocating for clients within Marsh’s construction expertise.
- Engaging contractors and subcontractors directly to facilitate participation in clients' wrap‑up programs and collaborating with Project Administrators for smooth execution.
- Facilitating carrier audits and program close‑outs, and collaborating with other advisory and placement colleagues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred minimum 3‑5 years working in insurance, with wrap‑/construction insurance and OCIP/CCIP experience needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- P&C license required or ability to obtain.
- Technical product line experience preferred.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Base salary range: $92,500 to $197,100, determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. Total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
