You will be the crucial link between our clients and our production teams, ensuring stunning well‑maintained properties and delighted customers.

• Manage a portfolio of 25 residential properties, fostering strong client relationships.
• Proactively resolve issues and anticipate client needs.
• Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, manage budgets and ensure contract renewals.

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of horticultural practices, turf care and site operations.
• A proactive, organized approach with a focus on results, meeting goals and deadlines.
