This ideal candidate will use their passion for e-commerce and teaching to provide insights to our students covering a range of topics about running e-commerce stores/businesses.

As an E-Commerce Consultant, you will work directly with mentorship clients through structured 1 on 1 calls, cohort group calls, and Discord support. Your role is to help clients implement proven frameworks across the full e-commerce lifecycle, from product research and store setup to advertising fundamentals, optimization, and business systems.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands on experience in at least one core area of e-commerce and is excited to coach others through execution.

• Issues, and provide clear next steps
• Participate in and support cohort based group calls following a structured syllabus
• Guide clients through:
  Product research & validation, Supplier sourcing & cost optimization, Shopify store setup & optimization
• Advertising foundations (Meta Ads, creatives, angles, metrics)
• Offer building, branding, and AOV optimization
• Scaling preparation & business systems
• Provide ongoing support via Discord, including feedback, reviews, and accountability
• Follow internal SOPs, curricula, and KPIs to ensure consistent client outcomes
• Collaborate with Consulting Manager and other consultants to share insights and improve delivery
• Continuously develop your own skills as strategies, tools, and platforms evolve

• 1+ year of hands on experience in e-commerce or a related online business role
• 1+ year experience in consulting, coaching, account management, or customer facing roles
• Strong verbal communication skills (comfortable leading call​s and explaining concepts clearly)
• Organized, accountable, and process driven
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt as strategies change

Compensation: $50,000 annual salary
