Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the commercial furniture industry. This role is designed for a proactive, relationship‑oriented professional who thrives in both new business development and lead nurturing. You’ll be responsible for expanding our client base while also converting warm leads generated through our marketing and referral channels.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Engage warm leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand project needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Represent Turnkey Project Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Provide market feedback to leadership to help shape sales strategy and service offerings.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in commercial furniture, interiors, or facility services preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
