We’re currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. If you're ready to expand a professional services footprint, build trusted executive relationships, and help clients solve complex accounting, risk, and finance challenges while growing your career in a people‑first firm, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Developing regional go‑to‑market strategies across advisory services
- Building relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and CAEs
- Generating opportunities in accounting, audit, risk, and finance advisory
- Engaging private equity firms and portfolio company leadership
- Partnering with service leaders to shape proposals and pursuits
- Managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM data
- Representing DLA in industry and community settings
- Aligning client needs to the right advisory solutions
- Experience selling or delivering professional advisory services
- Background in accounting, audit, risk, or finance consulting
- Proven success building and advancing a services pipeline
- Strong executive communication and relationship‑building skills
- Consultative, solutions‑oriented sales approach
- Experience working with private equity or middle‑market clients
- Comfort using CRM and pipeline management tools
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Emphasis on relationships over transactional sales
