Responsibilities- Define and lead the long-term strategy for direct eCommerce across owned and marketplace channels
- Own and deliver direct sales targets, site performance and P&L outcomes
- Drive consumer journey optimization through data-led merchandising and traffic strategies
- Ensure operational readiness and infrastructure alignment across teams and systems
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic plans and commercial initiatives
- 10+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience
- Ability to leverage behavioral insights and performance metrics
- Direct accountability for P&L performance
