Looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity in the moving industry? Moving Plus is seeking a professional relocation specialist (Sales Manager) to join our team! As a relocation specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional moving services to ensure our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience.
As a relocation specialist (Sales Manager) with Moving Plus, you’ll be responsible for:
- Receive warm leads and schedule/hold presentations with the focus to close deals and expand our client base;
- Manage sales pipeline (CRM) to track team’s efficiency and ensure data accuracy;
- Drive the sales team in meeting weekly and monthly targets;
- Work closely with clients in terms of onboarding, providing monthly reports, handling client requests;
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge in all service areas we cover.
Connect with clients to discuss their moving needs and provide expert guidance on the moving process through multiple channels such as phone, chat, email, social media, etc.
Create accurate and detailed estimates for the cost of moving services.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and plan moves.
Maintain clear and frequent communication with clients throughout the entire moving process, from start to finish.
Review Moving Consultants follow-ups and prospects to ensure that the company is not missing out on move sale opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete satisfaction with our services. To be a great fit for this position, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and moving-specific software.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to going above and beyond to ensure that clients are completely satisfied with our services.
- Must be a problem-solver and able to handle high-stress situations with ease.
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
