We are a family-owned and operated auto repair shop with a strong reputation for quality work and customer satisfaction. The owner brings 40+ years of hands-on experience and personally handles customer interactions, parts ordering, and support in the shop - especially during our busy summer A/C months.
We are seeking a skilled Master Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a key role where you will handle all/majority of diagnostics, repairs, and service work in our general repair shop, with a particular focus on auto a/c during the summer months.
What we are looking for:

* At least 5 years of professional experience as an automotive tech in independent shops and/or dealerships

* Strong expertise in computer diagnostics and modern vehicle repair

* Proven experience with auto A/C repair and recharge

* A commitment to doing the job right - taking xpxfdfd the extra time to double-check work and deliver thorough reliable repairs
Key Details

* 100% commission-based pay - $30-$45 per flat-rate hour (depending on experience, scanner and tools)

* Will work closely with a highly experienced owner who provides assistance as needed
