Friendly Chevrolet is looking for an Experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our amazing accounting team of individuals. This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective states/strategies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying the policies here are Friendly Chevrolet
Automotive Title ClerkJob Duties and Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 4 Years of dealership titling experience
- Process Retail/Wholesale
- Examine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to specified requirements
- Needs out of state titling experience
- Confirm accurate VIN number, odometer reading with releases of liens and that titles contain no alterations
- Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies
- Maintain knowledge of current DMV regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which the vehicles are processed
