As an Automotive Mechanic / L-1 Master Technician, you will:

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs with precision.
• Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and translate them into actionable solutions for our customers.
• Honestly assess vehicles and create detailed estimates for necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle concerns and the solutions you provide.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain a positive relationship throughout the repair process.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and professionalism in every interaction.
• Keep a clean and efficient work environment.
• Conduct thorough courtesy inspections to ensure our customers receive the best service.
• Utilize manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA) to master your craft.

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience with ASE certification.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicles.
• Flexible and focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Excel in diagnostics and drive-ability issues.
• Willingness to flag 60+ hours per week.
• Quickly master factory scan tools.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Possess the dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
