Responsibilities- Working along side our Expert Estimators to Assess Vehicle Damage:
Learn to evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles and generate accurate repair estimates. - Customer Interaction:
Communicate directly with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timelines in a friendly, clear manner. - Business Growth:
Help us expand by ensuring high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business. Your work will directly impact our success! - Team Support:
Collaborate with Body Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer experiences.
- Any Collision Center experience is a Plus and Preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with estimating and/or Toyota repair processes is a plus!
- Bilingual a BIG PLUS!!
