- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department.
- Parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
- Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
- Assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Valid Driver's License and Insurable.
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
