Automotive Detailer Technician - Creative Colors International

Promote and provide onsite services for the detailing, deodorizing and minor repair of automotive interiors. Provide these services from a mobile unit, primarily to commercial customers.

• Maintain and develop customer accounts in a specified territory
• Demonstrate quality of detailing and minor repair techniques and distribute marketing literature explaining services and differentiators
• Inspect vehicles for work and obtain work approval from the customer as needed
• Execute all approved detailing and repair work
• Prepare invoices onsite for all services delivered
• Investigate and solve customer problems through team approach for delivering complete solutions
• Provide daily and weekly reports to the company

No prior experience in automotive interior detailing or repair is necessary. Creative Colors International provides complete technical training for the right individuals. After a 30 – 60 day minimum orientation period, working along‑side a CCI – DFW employee, the qualified candidate will complete a technical skills review in Dallas where you will be trained on all the key skills and final responsibilities for this position.

Completion of the technical skills review will earn a formal CCI technical certification. Ongoing field training will be conducted in the Dallas territory, after completion of the technical training review, as determined by your manager.
