Temporary Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX (supporting a local hotel property)
Schedule: 24 hours per week, 3 days of your choice, 8 hours per day
Duration: Early April – End of June / Early July
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Dress Code: Business casual

We’re looking for a motivated HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join a hospitality property for a short-term assignment. You’ll support the Director of HR with a variety of administrative and HR tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on HR experience in a fast‑paced environment, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Prepare flyers and materials using Adobe and Canva
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Assist with interview coordination and candidate communication (templates provided)
  • Support general HR tasks using Microsoft Office

  • Comfort with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva)
