Pay Rate: $21/hr w2 no benefits.
Duration: 6 Months, possible extension.
Setup: 100% in office.
Administrative AssistantKey Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide general office information
- Manage office supplies, kitchen areas, and coordinate maintenance requests
- Handle mail distribution, courier packages, and certified mail processing
- Process invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks
- Provide administrative support such as expense reports, travel arrangements, and general correspondence
- Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with meeting setup and visitor hospitality
- Support special projects and provide backup assistance to the broader administrative team
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
