We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel
. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in supporting the Firm’s strategic and legal operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, technically savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced professional environment. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do Executive Support to the CEO- Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, prioritizing internal leadership meetings and external commitments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Draft, edit, and format executive‑level communications, reports, and presentations
- Support Firm strategic initiatives through project coordination, timeline tracking, and follow‑up on action items
- Coordinate executive leadership and board‑related meetings, including agendas, materials, and logistics
- Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the General Counsel
- Assist with preparation and organization of legal documents, agreements, and correspondence
- Maintain confidential legal files and records in accordance with Firm policies
- Support legal department operations including matter tracking, deadlines, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel on legal and risk management matters
- Handle highly sensitive legal and employment information with absolute discretion
- Draft, proofread, and format a wide range of documents with exceptional accuracy
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and document management platforms
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges
- Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, professional environment
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting C‑Suite and/or General Counsel as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
- Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong document formatting and presentation capabilities
- Proficiency using AI and emerging technology tools to improve efficiency and workflow
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
