Clark Hill is hiring a Billing Clerk in its Dallas, TX office. The Billing Clerk is responsible for timekeeper/employee maintenance and client billing support. The Billing Clerk is responsible for (i) managing incoming requests; (ii) looking up client accounts and providing invoice copies; (iii) sending out invoices; and (iv) researching and answering client account questions from attorneys, secretaries, and clients. Billing Clerks set up and maintain master file data;

generate spreadsheets; and participate in the month end close routine.

Billing Clerks are expected to provide exceptional customer service to both internal parties and external clients and must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all parties. An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a necessity. Candidates must have (i) at least an Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; or (ii) college level accounting classes with at least three years or more of office clerk experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

Elite or equivalent accounting software required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Office 365 and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work additional hours, including nights and weekends, especially during the fourth quarter.
