H&R Block -  - Responsibilities:
Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).;
Support the District Operations Coordinator and District offices with administrative tasks and issue resolution.;
Source local facility vendors and manage payment workflows with approved processes.;
Review and verify invoices and prepare payments for DOC approval.;
Maintain working knowledge of systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office) and assist with training as needed.
