This role is critical in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness and operating rhythm of our leadership team. The EA will serve as a central coordination and support partner by managing time, information flow, communications, and execution tracking in a fast paced, high growth environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality while supporting senior executives.
This position must have hybrid functionality between DFW and Sulphur Springs, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the executive leadership, including calendar management, priority driven time management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper for executive offices, prioritizing requests, managing inquiries, and facilitating timely responses.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions; document and follow up on action items.
- Manage and track deadlines for projects, initiatives, and follow-ups to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and research as requested by executive leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- All other duties are assigned.
- Experience supporting C-level leadership
- Project management experience or familiarity with workflow coordination.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected challenges.
- Strong research and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgement and decision support capabilities.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
