We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations Associate to provide support to our co‑founders and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
The Executive Operations Associate will work closely with the co‑founders, managing administrative and operational responsibilities to keep the business running efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs, while ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Manage the co‑founders’ calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence for leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing key initiatives across the company.
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Gather data and provide insights to support decision‑making.
- Organize meetings, company updates, and team communications.
- Maintain operational processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Anticipate leadership needs and act proactively to support smooth operations.
- Ensure tasks and deadlines are followed through with attention to detail.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams and leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow‑through, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate leadership needs and act with confidence.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, project management platforms).
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment is a plus.
- Work directly with the co‑founders and gain exposure to all areas of the business.
