Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to join a client onsite in Dallas, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level, proactive support to multiple senior executives, serving as their primary liaison and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner—often functioning similarly to a Chief of Staff in driving initiatives forward.

You will manage complex calendars, anticipate needs, and maintain a clear flow of information between executive offices and internal teams. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating domestic and international travel, and orchestrating on‑ and off‑site meetings with precision. You will also support Board‑related activities—organizing logistics, distributing materials, capturing notes, and maintaining follow‑up actions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, handles confidential information with care, and navigates shifting priorities with ease. This role is highly visible and requires a polished communicator who builds trust quickly with executives, senior leaders, and cross‑functional partners. Projects will range from operational tasks to strategic, multi‑step initiatives that require follow‑through from conception to completion.
