Sales Biz Lab  We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for event planning. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and grow within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
  • Manage event materials, including signage, brochures, and giveaways.
  • Communicate with vendors and event staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support event registration, check-in, and guest list management.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups, including gathering feedback and creating reports.
  • Ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
