Our client, a leading real estate firm based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a professional and polished Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, delivering a warm and professional welcome. In addition to front desk duties such as greeting guests and managing incoming calls, this role will also involve general office management and administrative support.
Responsibilities will include calendar management, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in front desk reception within a corporate environment, preferably financial service, real estate or corporate law.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and managing incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
- 2+ years of experience in front desk reception from a corporate environment, preferably financial service, real estate or corporate law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
