Basic FunctionPosition requires individual to provide administrative assistance to the Director of Attorney Recruitment, Managers, and Coordinators.
Essential Duties- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including processing and tracking reimbursement requests, organizing receipts, reviewing applications, and assisting with general day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Prepare and distribute a variety of correspondence related to the recruiting process, including offer and rejection letters. Maintain student files and required documentation, update recruiting databases, and assist with data entry.
- Support interview logistics by entering and distributing interview schedules, resumes, and transcripts to interviewing attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the summer associate program, including maintaining summer associate, event, and work product files, creating nametags, and supporting event logistics.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding processes, including organizing paperwork, tracking required documents, and assisting with coordination efforts.
- Assist with the use and maintenance of recruiting technology platforms and systems to support and improve recruiting processes.
- Other responsibilities include assisting the Director of Attorney Recruitment, Managers and Coordinators with related responsibilities.
The Recruiting Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Entry‑Level Recruiting.

None.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, computer skills, excellent writing and communication skills and ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- 1+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred.

Must be able to travel 15% of the time. Also, must be able to move around the office up to 15% of the time to oversee programs, attend meetings and make presentations as needed; remains stationary at least 85% of the time. This position requires constant communication and exchange of information with the Firm attorneys, clients and staff; this position must be able to inspect and observe information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time.
