Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls and inquiries to the appropriate attorneys or staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and reception area
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other staff as needed
  • Assist in keeping daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle client intake and visitor check-in with accuracy and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma required, some college or associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and greeting high volumes of clients or visitors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional, polished communication style, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
