Overview
Description Join a team that supports the largest customers on the cloud! Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills while representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion. The role will require managing complex, ever-changing schedules, planning and organizing both internal and external events, domestic and international travel coordination, and logistics management for executives and team members.
The ideal candidate will be able to complete complex tasks and projects swiftly with minimal guidance, anticipate business needs, respond promptly to unexpected situations, and problem solve. Our global, diverse team is focused on delivering the best results for our customers by working backwards from their needs and advancing our customers in their cloud journey.
Responsibilities
- Management of complex calendars and supporting teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel and expenses
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and customer-facing events)
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
- Management of team space, including moves and space planning
- Document writing, editing, and readiness
- Support engagement and employee morale initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
