We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing marketing and media company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes. You’ll be working directly with the CEO to manage schedules, coordinate content projects, oversee key tasks, and help run day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and task follow-ups
  • Organize and track internal projects and marketing timelines
  • Coordinate video shoots and content production schedules
  • Work alongside team members to ensure execution stays on track
  • Use AI tools and research assistants (like ChatGPT or Claude) to streamline tasks
  • Assist with hiring coordination, internal documents, and SOP creation
  • Help manage client communications, inbox, and light CRM updates
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs-
  • Comfortable using modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Click Up, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Based in or near Waco, TX (this is an in-person role)
  • Bonus if you have experience in marketing, content, or supporting a founder/CEO
