Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Property Management Company

Our client, a leading property management company, oversees a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the United States, including luxury rental communities and one of the nation’s largest residential housing portfolios. They are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations. The organization manages leasing, maintenance, resident services, and compliance, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality living experiences and operational excellence.

Job

Function
  • Receive, log, and track all resident requests using Yardi.
  • Prioritize tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
  • Schedule and coordinate vendor services, inspections, and preventative activities for the grounds.
  • General Building Upkeep (Ensuring that Recycles are taken, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate inventory of supplies is maintained and reordered as needed.
  • Ensuring Resident Satisfaction and Operational Efficiency at all times.
  • Enter and track work orders using internal systems as needed.
  • Assisting with upkeep of grounds (changing vases, general am)
Job Requirements
  • 1.5 - 3+ years of property administration experience coming from a Residential Portfolio Company.
  • Yardi experience preferred, but not required.
