Position: Coordinator II (226 Days)
* Provide consistent communication with contracted vendors through regularly scheduled meetings to discuss the activity of new contractors, tracking work of contractors, and processing of timecards and invoices for payment.

* Serve as the point of contact for contracted vendors regarding concerns with billing or onboarding.

* Monitor request for assistance through the district's communication platform and forward these inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

* Assist in staffing for department and district and keep accurate records and documentation at all times.

* Assist in contract development and processing to completion of an executed agreement.

* Assist in budget development for the department.

* Assist in department projects as directed.

* Comply with all state and federal rules, laws, policies, and guidelines related to special education as it pertains to budget and staffing.

* Establish collaborative relationships with campus staff, administrators, parents, and external agencies.

* Maintain professional competency by keeping abreast of current trends in special education laws, ethics, computer literacy, and technology resources.

* Engage in professional behaviors that reflect integrity, accountability, and moral standards.

* Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university;
Master's Degree preferred.

* Proficiency in utilizing the district software and technology to create documents, analyze data, and write reports from the data, etc.

* Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats

* Strong organizational skills and attention to details required to meet the goals of the position.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic, and a collaborative work style.

* Knowledge of state and federal special education laws as it pertains to budget and staffing.
