Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $24.04/hr - $26.44/hr

Job DescriptionAddison Group is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist on behalf of our client, a global leader in the real estate industry. This role serves as the essential first point of contact for the organization, ensuring a high-standard, sophisticated experience for all visitors and staff. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in a fast-paced, corporate environment, enjoys client-facing interaction, and is highly organized and responsive to day-to-day workplace needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for guests, service providers, and deliveries entering the office.
- Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate individual or department.
- Oversee guest check-in processes and distribute visitor access materials when needed.
- Keep the reception area and shared spaces orderly, professional, and well maintained.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages to the correct contacts.
- Schedule and manage conference room usage and help ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
- Monitor common areas to maintain a polished and positive office environment.
- Communicate facility or building concerns to internal teams or property management.
- Assist with general office coordination related to meetings, visitors, and daily operations.
- 2+ years of corporate reception or front desk experience (equivalent experience or a recent college degree also considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to high-level professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing multi-line phone systems or visitor software.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
