Location:

7621 Inwood Rd. Dallas, TX 75209. The Facilities Technician is responsible for general maintenance orders, distributing supplies to other bank departments/locations, mail distribution, inventory management, and may work with outside vendors. This position is responsible for the general maintenance of the Bank’s facilities.

Essential Functions /

Job Responsibilities
  • Orders and distributes supplies to all branch locations.
  • Distributes mail to bank facility and works with couriers to receive and distribute mail to branch locations.
  • Fulfills minor facilities repair orders and preventive maintenance.
  • Acts as liaison to vendors, including groundkeepers, custodial staff, public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
  • Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
  • Participates in special events and functions with internal and external partners.
  • Ensures compliance with established Bank policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and related laws as they pertain to the Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Good math and calculator skills.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Basic use of banking software applications (if needed) and computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to
    • Read, write, and communicate clearly.
    • Work independently as well as with a team.
    • Provide quality and professional service to all levels of staff, including senior management.
    • Lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds independently, bend, stoop and reach overhead or to the floor.
