Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Inbox & Escalation Management
- Monitor shared brand inboxes that route to a collaborative inbox.
- Triaging emails from franchisees, store managers, and corporate contacts.
- Identify the right action path.
- Escalate cases to the internal support teams when needed.
- Track open items and follow up on resolutions.
- Reply to inbound onboarding inquiries that come through the brand email alias.
- Coordinate with internal teams that handle onboarding forms to ensure proper follow-through.
- Manage a Google Form submission queue used by AMs to request invoices for offer reimbursements.
- Validate submissions for completeness, coordinate any missing inputs, and submit via the manual invoicing process.
- Maintain organized records of escalations and onboarding updates.
- May assist with ad-hoc data or process improvement projects.
- Background in Support/Operations.
- Experience with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Excel) and comfort learning technical systems.
- Prior experience in a support-related role preferred but not required.
- Highly organized – can manage multiple inboxes and follow up systematically.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using Google Sheets and forms, ideally some exposure to automation or formulas.
- Clear communicator – professional, customer-facing tone.
