Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Summary

Inbox & Escalation Management

  • Monitor shared brand inboxes that route to a collaborative inbox.
  • Triaging emails from franchisees, store managers, and corporate contacts.
  • Identify the right action path.
  • Escalate cases to the internal support teams when needed.
  • Track open items and follow up on resolutions.
  • Reply to inbound onboarding inquiries that come through the brand email alias.
  • Coordinate with internal teams that handle onboarding forms to ensure proper follow-through.
Invoice Coordination for Corporate Funded Offers
  • Manage a Google Form submission queue used by AMs to request invoices for offer reimbursements.
  • Validate submissions for completeness, coordinate any missing inputs, and submit via the manual invoicing process.
Operational Support & Collaboration
  • Maintain organized records of escalations and onboarding updates.
  • May assist with ad-hoc data or process improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Background in Support/Operations.
  • Experience with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Excel) and comfort learning technical systems.
  • Prior experience in a support-related role preferred but not required.
Skill Traits
  • Highly organized – can manage multiple inboxes and follow up systematically.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using Google Sheets and forms, ideally some exposure to automation or formulas.
  • Clear communicator – professional, customer-facing tone.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour.
