We are looking for a Closing Coordinator to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Overview

What This Position Is About:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Team. This includes data entry, SMART (proprietary software) system updates, lender backlog reviews and oversight of the closing process for sold homes.

What You’ll Do
  • Process closing schedule reports prior to closing.
  • Coordinate and communicate the scheduling of closings to appropriate parties.
  • Ensure that reports related to the status of scheduled closings are current.
  • Complete weekly lender backlog calls and follow up to keep closings on track.
  • Prepare reports to track closings.
  • Verify files for completeness and track down needed information.
  • Distribute and track closing table survey results.
  • Ensure prompt utility service disconnection post-closing.
  • Track and distribute Certificate of Occupancy records.
  • Prepare and distribute Preferred Lender Capture rate and on-time closing report.
Education

Minimum
