About The Role

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Hedge Fund Receptionist to join our team in the financial services industry. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression. Your main responsibility will be to greet clients, answer phone calls, and manage the reception area.

You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing conference rooms, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with scheduling software such as Outlook Calendar
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
