Bent Tree Country Club | North Dallas
General PurposeBTCC is looking for a Receptionist with Country Club Experience, a detail-oriented individual with expectations in taking care of the membership.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized receptionist to join our winning team temporarily. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming, and one of the first faces our membership will look to.
The receptionist will be responsible for assisting various outlets, such as membership, F&B, and the catering outlet & overseeing all aspects of the reception area, including menu printing, taking reservations, and much more.
Essential Functions- Answer the phone and greet members and guests
- Understand the operational hours of the club
- Take reservations for daily and special events
- Create and print member event cards for Easter, Mother’s Day, etc.
- Be knowledgeable about current events, special events during the month
- Assist with printing weekly special menus
- Labeling the buffet items
- Any other tasks that may be requested
