We're looking for a detail-oriented AP Specialist to own the full accounts payable cycle and administer our Ramp expense platform. This is a high-visibility finance role with a clear path to Accounting Manager and Controller for the right person.

• Manage the full AP cycle from purchase request through payment processing, with all payments requiring my final approval before disbursement.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors, managing W-9/tax documentation, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Administer and manage the company's Ramp platform, serving as the primary point of contact for system questions, user access, and process improvements.
• Ensure all employees submit credit card expenses in Ramp in a timely manner, following up with delinquent submitters and enforcing company policy.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close activities, including AP aging reports and accruals.
• Communicate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to track purchase requests and resolve invoice exceptions.

• 2–5 years of AP or general accounting experience; experience with Ramp or similar platforms (Brex, Concur, Expensify) a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
