We are a growing, well‑established title company with four locations in the DFW area, committed to delivering exceptional service in real estate transactions. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support our financial operations.

Job Summary

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for performing core accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense report processing, semi‑month payroll, bank reconciliations, and month‑end close processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience managing multi‑location accounting, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role will report directly to executive leadership and will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, compliance, and operational decision‑making.

DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and 3‑way bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Help coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Track financial performance by location and assist in identifying trends and variances
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting standards and industry practices
  • Provide financial insights to help guide company strategy and efficiency improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations (experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus, but not required)
  • Skilled at managing books for multiple entities and locations
  • Proficient in accounting software (Quick Books preferred) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
