Billing Operation Specialist

We are partnering with a growing organization in the health insurance sector to hire a detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator (C2H) with potential for conversion into a Billing Specialist for the right experience level. You’ll manage the full billing process, including:

• Generate accurate billing statements and invoices
• Post payments, including credit card and auto‑payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain invoice records and supporting documentation
• Process stop‑payments and verify payment data
• Complete past‑due and cancellation procedures
• Communicate with customers regarding account information
• Assist shared‑services functions across the organization
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify repair personnel
• Perform general bookkeeping and data entry tasks
• Other duties as assigned by Accounting leadership
