The Revenue Accounting Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily revenue and cash accounting activities. This position assists with data entry, reconciliations, and reporting tasks to ensure accuracy in financial records. As a Revenue Accounting Specialist, you will support daily revenue processing, data verification, and reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records. You’ll track and verify daily deposits, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, and communicate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or missing deposits. You will also assist in managing chargeback notifications, preparing supporting documentation for disputes, and maintaining detailed tracking of case resolutions.

Additionally, you’ll ensure documentation for all adjustments and corrections is complete and organized, support the Revenue Department with clerical duties, and participate in special projects or ad hoc requests as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred (training provided).
• 0–1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative work (internship or retail/restaurant cash-handling experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets and numerical data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
