Restaurant Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist supports the financial operations of a multi-unit restaurant organization by ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring expense accuracy across restaurant locations.

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation
• Support month-end close and accruals
• Communicate with restaurant managers and vendors regarding billing questions

• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred)
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage high invoice volume in a fast-paced environment
