Senior Accountant

Headquartered in the Dallas World Trade Center, our team includes over 150 territory managers across the US and Canada. Operating showrooms in Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Seattle, we occupy over 100,000 sq. ft. of space to provide the largest variety of products to support our customers’ buying needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our multi-entity organization’s complex accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. Reporting to the SVP Finance, this role is responsible for the day-to-day accounting processes including AP/AR, recording and verifying transactions, analyzing financial data, processing payroll, assisting with audits, and preparing tax returns while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other legal and regulatory requirements.

• Month-End/Year-End Close: Manage the timely closing of books, including preparing and reviewing journal entries.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and prepare financial statements.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and loan covenants and assist with internal/external audits.
• HR & Payroll: Process payroll and fund benefits accounts.
• Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.

• Strong skills in general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable operations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and compliance with accounting standards
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software and Microsoft Excel
• Effective organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role

Full-time

$90,000 - $110,000 per year

Hybrid, 2-3 days/week onsite in our Dallas, TX office
